but I once made a giant Denver omelet kinda breakfast for 8 people... out of quail eggs...
I separated every single one of those eggs... took a giant bowl of quail eggs... it tasted good though.
It was nice to see that quail egg white does whip up nice and frothy just like chicken egg white (I have been told that duck egg white doesn't froth up)
