it is foggy here this morning. I do not have a headache. I think it is a first.

on the 'no headache'.

Overcast and drizzling today, gentle rain all of last night - I'm not complaining as I recently seeded a couple of bare spots in the lawn.

Almost sunny here, thin broken layer at 20,000 ft or so, visibility is 20+ miles.....The only thing wrong is the thermometer is hovering around 32f. It is suppose to be late spring! I want 70s!

And more coffee....Keurig here I come

Oh and no "headache" here either, but I will trade knees with anyone today!

Rain and blah here. Not enough coffee to cure those kind of blues. But on the other side of that coin - just seeded a section that our fine feathered friends ate to bare ground, so moisture is good. But still blah. TGIF fellow coffee fanatics!!!!

Mornin..... blink blink blink.... still cant see blink.... went to bed at four am Up at eight ...

I too have bad knee nights. I should have prescription meds.... but I use Aleve. it takes a while but eventually I get to sleep.

snapped my ACL in 2001 took my then health insurance three months to approve the repair.... Doc went in repaired it from a donor off the top of the same knee... while he was in there he cleaned up a torn meniscus and scraped out the Arthritis spurs. Unfortunately he didnt do the same for the other knee. The other one I wore out favoring the "bad" one.

This is what has me in a rolling walker. If I stand to long my knee cap locks in position and it feels like I have an ice pick stabbing me.... "Too long" is the amount of time it takes to fill the car up with gas.

Now I am careful with what I do during the day because the Aleve makes my gut feel like some one kicked me in it..... If I take it more than two or three days in a row.

They keep threatening that we are going to have rain.... they lie.... We got spit on yesterday.... moisture like what you would get standing near a water fall. Not even enough to turn the windshield wipers on for. its been cold though. Cold for us... Probably not even sweater weather for the east coast.

one day it will be 90 here and the very next day it will be 60....

Isn't aging fun! My kids do not seem to understand it is all down here for them, from now on. ...they think as they approach 40 the little aches and pains are temporary.....

... I agree with them and say in 50-60 years they will be gone..

Have you tried the runners' Knee straps? I do not think you need to be a runner to get the same benefit from them.
It holds the tendon up so that the knee cap does not hit against the bone.
It might be worth a try.

I have tried a ton of different supports they really do no good. When I ask the Doc what I can do he always says " you can have it replaced."

I have had surgery on it twice before, It is bone on bone so not much can be done until I stop being a stubborn old goat....
