i am making espresso as well, but not a mocha just the coffee with some powdered creamer. what do you make your espresso's in? here in pr no matter what kind of coffee you are making they almost always use this coffee makerGood morning (or day, or evening, depending on where you live)!
I made myself a mocha today, which is something I don't usually do because the chocolate syrup likes to come out in huge globs and drown the espresso in gooey sweetness, which I find pretty gross. I managed to prevent that though, and ended up with a pretty pleasant drink.A little bit too mild because I added too much milk, but still enjoyable.![]()

My dad is an espresso geek, so we have a machine. Not an extremely fancy one, but it does have a steam wand built in. I don't remember the model at the moment. I've never actually used one of those pitcher thingies and I have no idea how they work. My education is lacking.
The few times I used powder it didn't work well (probably the powder wasn't fine enough, because the result tasted kind of gritty), but that does sound good! Wish I had a Costco nearby.Costco sells an Aztec Chocolate powder--It is very good in espresso.
I......can.....find......no.....coffee.....beans.......in........my.......house.........
Be brave, friend. This too shall pass.
