Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful welcomes. Sorry I haven't been on but being today was St.Pattys and I'm 100 percent irish it was a busy day of corned beef and cabbge lots of ummmm liquid merriment and singing at the top of our lungs hahha. And yep the coffee with the irish in iit was on the list.

oh, to be back in civilization where they know how to properly celebrate THE holiday!!!

Max is a lucky roo! How do you do chicken timeout? I use the "sick bay" in the coop for a few days. Thank goodness only had to use twice so far.

My coop has two popholes. One leads to the regular run/greenhouse. The other leads to a smaller "isolation" run separated by a removable fence from the main run. There is also a breakdown cage that can be put in front of that pophole inside the coop that I normally would use for broodies on eggs or safely introducing new "littles" to the ladies and coop life. It should also work just fine to give Max a place to cool his teenage hormones if necessary

Mine is similar. My sick bay has the main popdoor with the automatic and there is another pop door in the main section not automatic though. I'll be doing some interior changes this year due to chicken math. My sick bay is more of injured bay though.

I am new to BYC and looking for places to fit in.

What a place you have here COFFEE AND CHICKS! Its like a new-fangled cafe.
(so, with that in mind, I would like to order that Turkish coffee please...

I have been sitting here reading and laughing for about 4.5 hours and 2.5 pots of Dark roast coffee. I have not made it all the way through but have jumped around and love this forum.

I am a HUGE fan of coffee! I usually have 6-8 pots a day. (but only Coffee flavored Coffee, no additives, just Dark Rich Hot Warm or Cold Black Coffee)

Not and instant coffee fan, however I do carry some in my purse when I venture out. I truely believe if you can see through it. It is Tea!

when it is 100 + I drink my afternoon coffee outside IN THE POOL
