Moka Pots make a coffee that is between espresso and Turkish coffee. I use coffee beans that I roast myself. Sweet Marias also sells Green Coffee Beans.

I add a bit of half and half and then milk to make a half espresso and half milk cup to drink.

I really identify with all coffee drinkers. Many years of memories center around cups of coffee. My dad brewed his by boiling the pot on the stove then when it was bubbly he would take it off the stove and shake it a little to get the grounds settled. The strong brew was delicious. My husband and I have down through the years done the same thing. Now we walk down the street in the neighborhood and drink a cup as we look at the sky where the sun brightens the day. Our doggie is with us enjoying the early morning air. We are the first risers everyday. Thankful and drowsy.
