@:frow Got a quick question about Favorelles. I have 1. She's adorable. Not to standard but very cute. Also Very Noisy. Sounds like she's whining all the time! Is tha usual? None of my other birds were ever this noisy. :idunno

Mine are usually only noisy around egg laying time. Otherwise not much different. Just may be her personality.:idunno
 
She sounds like an old nag half the time and the other half like a cry baby. Needless to say she is the lowest in the pecking order. I really think the rest get tired of listen to the noise too. At least she not as loud as roo. But with practice she probably will get there.:th
 
I guess our resident ghost killed my American Game fowl I had in the bator that should have hatched yesterday. The temp kept getting turned up on the bator by it self. So I guess the rest of my eggs won't hatch either now. So sad!

I bought eight Wyandotte chicks from Duane Urch (April 2013), four were pullets, three were broody when they were about 15 months old, one of those three is wanting to brood twice, I didn't do anything to encourage them.

Wow! I need Wyandottes like that. lol
