I doubt that. Despite the many, many people who are insecure about the sound of their voices, most people I've heard sound pretty good.

My accent is basically USA West Coast Generic With Random Mannerisms Picked Up From YouTubers And TV.

Yeah, most Canadians I've heard sound pretty similar to us. Maybe some minor differences, but no big ones I can bring to mind. I think the difference is mostly that Canadians tend to be stereotyped more positively.
