Farmers Almanac is not so positive! I'll go with your Groundhog! Can't complain today! Sun and 40's. This weekend-50's to 60's-and rain three days next week. Temps above freezing for the next 5 days. I am at 33, and the sun isn't up yet. Nice glowy horizon though.

My coffee cooled down too much Must get a second hotter cup.

It's a sunny 50-something here, and the ice/snow is melting fast. Fourth day of the kids home from school. Turns out, they probably could have gone without issues. The temperature was forecast to go down to 28 last night, which obviously would have made things really nasty this morning. Instead, the temperature hovered between 32 and 35 all night long, so the roads were even better this morning than they were last night. I'm glad they've been erring on the side of caution, though I'm wondering just how they will make this up.
