Used to make pastries, pies, cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Now just make cookies and cupcakes and an occasional pumpkin pie

I will be trying these out this weekend, or depending on whether we get a couple of inches of snow or 8-12, early next week. I have "Accu-weather App" on my phone and in the last 2 days they have forecasted 5 different amounts: 1-3, then 3-6, then 8-12, then 1-3 again and the last is back to 3-6. We'll see. I think I'll just have the 1-3.

One quick note: You can cut the amount of Pecans. It has a lot more in the recipe than I use.

Good to know. I love pecans though. I can never get too many in a pecan pie. Maybe I should make one of those too.

There is CHOCOLATE pecan pie??? Of course there is. Everything is chocolate these days. I've just never had any!
