Today the first daffodil bloomed.

Last night deer ate 80% of the crocus blooms and ate all of the daylilies to the ground.

Worst part is that yesterday the Princess suggested that I should spray everything with the deer repellant.

DISCLAIMER---- I did NOT caption this picture. I am not a professional breeder,
but even I know that this is NOT A "HE"!!!!

Oh, my, again.

Yep, still lots of snow, but stuff IS melting. I saw the edge of a water jug yesterday. So nice. We start the winter with plenty of water jugs, feed buckets and snow shovels.... But, by the end of the winter we have very few of anything.... So the kids have to fight over who gets the water jug/feed bucket/snow shovel first, and who has to wait.

I was in the Air Force, Vietnam. I am retired USAF Civil Service at Robins and still working at Robins as a contractor. I live just west of Robins.

We were Air Force. Stationed at Moody
Y and Fort Mc in Atlanta. One kid born at each location. We are headed to Robbins in June for a friend's retirement.

Howdy Air Force neighbor.:frow

That's one of the nice things about daffs; nothing eats them. Did the Princess have the grace not to say "I told you so?"

I was stationed at Little Rock when it was a SAC base on B-58s. I really liked Arkansas. Let me know if I can do anything for you on your trip.

Byron.

Thanks, but I think we are all set. We still have some property in South Carolina and some friends in Vadosta that we will be visiting as well. Maybe one day when the kids are out of the house I'll make a tour of BYC friends/coops arund the world:thumbsup. I think that will have to go on the bucket list.

the human children need to 'build character' :D so they are stuck doing old fashioned things like chores. Still haven't trained them to put away the feed buckets/water jugs/shovels though.....

And, a big :smack and :duc .... Really? TMI in regards to swimsuit swapping. I keep seeing the speedo and tank swapping wearers.... :lau
