Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Drips in the shower mean that there's something wrong with your plumbing, it's good to worry about that. It's not the snoring of the dog that keeps me awake, it's the fact that she takes up all of my legroom and refuses to move. And acorns falling on the roof aren't really a problem. We have about 2 feet of insulation and a cold attic in between, plus we don't have oaks.

I really should go to work.
Self employment is a double edged sword. I work seven days a week, so I feel I can take a late morning, but the work still need to get done.. so I need an eight day week.. or be able to sleep at night..

Oh, that would be my super power! I would freeze time for everyone else so that I could get caught up and never be late.

But then I'd age and all the rest of you would still be twelve.

...but you'd be well rested.

No oaks? like at all in your country?
Ah, you see what i am doing here, don't you? I am procrastinating.

sigh.
At least it is a cooler day to be in the greenhouse all day. I won't melt today. It's only going to get into the low eighties.

I am trying to figure out something to give me a bit of an income. This writing thing wont pay till I get it done.... and even then its a crapshoot to see if people will buy it.

no oaks here....unless someone has one in their living room.

Actually...it was a bit odd when I first moved up here, VERY low species diversity compared to Texas. There are a few exceptions....but in my area of Alaska, if it is large and evergreen it is probably a Spruce, if it is large and deciduous it is either a birch or a cottonwood. If it is bushy without berries, it is probably alder.
