A foot of new snow here - bought two new shovels and warmer boots today... chickens only coughed up one egg today! Guess they didn't have enough coffee...

Pollitos, I am with you on the single egg. I have 2 "elderly" girls who get a pass for no eggs.3 who are on the end of a molt. 3 who should be laying (hatched in April and started laying and quit) but only only is. 11 and a duck who aren't old enough yet. My husband wants to know why we are feeding chickens who aren't feeding us.

It was 40 degrees here last night and today it was 82 at lunch time.....

shouls be back to 40 tonight the way the temp is dropping sun is going down.

Low humidity I am certain does it. still at 5 percent... My sinuses tell me so

I'm jealous. We had 25 last nite, high 39 and tonite expecting 19.
