Yep we live about ten minutes on a no traffic day from there. So as the crow flies about ten miles. he went through Community college for his General Education and got a Associates of Science there... then transferred to San Diego State. Doing it that way takes longer to get your Bachelors though. But it sure cuts costs. Then when he transferred they gave him a bunch of financial forms to fill out.... He got a Pell Grant. So this pays for his tuition and books. Has to do with me not having a job and bieng a single parent and him never having a job

As long as his grades are good a C+ or better he gets it. and he needs to be a full time student. Which is 12 units.

For what its worth he only needs to take one more class at Community college and he could get his Associates of Science in physics as well.

Good Morning all.

last week was nice coffee in the shade

but this week is so winter I am not liking it!
I am having coffee in the house this morning since my Son is on a 2 hour school delay.
It is so cold here this morning I cant even imagine having to cut my grass!

I SIMPLY CANNOT WAIT FOR SPRING!

I hope every one stays warm and full of coffee until spring decides to finally spring!

We got less than an inch of snow yesterday. Enough go scare the school to letting out early and canceling today. Coffee after sleeping in: priceless.

It's so cold here I don't want to go outside! The roosters keep calling me.... Guess I will when it warms up a little more first.
Tonight this ice storm is suppose to stay above us and I hope it does! All my birds in the open air pens were giving me what for yesterday they don't like this mess either. It is not suppose to get this cold in lower west central Alabama!
The news said 18 days till spring! Come on SPRING!!!
Coffee till it warms up.

ten day forecast is for more cold weather. I want to start hatching so I am making multiple trips to check for eggs. Drinking coffee after each trip until I have enough coffee, when does that happen?
