Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

My stepdaughter has two VERY active children, ages 3 and 5. She also has a walk-in pantry that she escapes to regularly with the chocolate up on the high shelf. It's the Mom Cave....

To answer a question Easter is April 5th this year.

I learned that lent was a time for self reflection to take a serious look at yourself and your habits to see what keeps your heart from completely committing to God. The things that keep you bothered like addiction and sin are the things you give up so you can spend time with God without those things and gain a closer relationship.

I think all relationships even Marriage could use a Lent. IMHO

Sorry to hear about your puppy I too have had a looong day as I was informed that my mother is dying and has a few days max. without a belief and trust in God I don't know how people handle these kinds of situations.

Hope you got some sleep. I noticed the time stamp even before I read you post and was wondering if it was one of the grannies keeping you up.

thank you. May I add you, and your mom, to my prayers? I like your perspective on Lent.
I totally agree BTW, without my belief in God, surviving some things in my life just would not have been possible.
