We have Aviary netting over run, 14'x14' only $6 at Lowes! If not big enough, easy to sew 2 together with a few zip ties...

Very easy to use!

Only problem with the netting, it is LOUSY with snow!

Found out the hard way the snow sticks to it like velcro then down it comes. Speaking of snowing, it is right now.

The only reason not to trim a Crested bird is if you plan to show them. If you want to give your polish a trim, go ahead. You can use nail clippers but it takes a while. Or the rounded end scissors. It always scares me because I am trimming so close to their eyes.

I was amazed at how fast the baby quail are. Nothing that is that tiny should move that fast!

Yep, and yep. OK, well not right this minute, Glory to God! But I think EVERY single morning for the last 2 weeks I have woken up to fresh white snow.

It has cleared up a bit this afternoon.... maybe tomorrow morning will have no new snow.

Coffee, send kids off to school, going to a quilting group at church, deliver boxes for canned food drive, work llamas, play with chickies, make lasagna, pick kid up from after school fun, go to Town Hall Meeting.

Think I need more than one cup today.

Shoot, I have more than one EVERY day.

There is supposed to be house cleaning on that schedule but I think it got lost on the Keyboard.
