Ok, so, I have been AWOL because we were really busy yesterday. Took DH to the dr for his post surgery checkup (all very good but he was THREATENED by his surgeon to behave himself and no lifting til after Memorial Day

) then we just decided to have a play day.

Big news!

We had a logger stop by and after some discussion, DH decided to put the selling/moving on hold and let him log off the place first. This will give us more time to get things squared away, get our plans better organized and give us more money in the bank to do them with. Now I have to switch gears and get my veggie gardens prepped!!!!

were saying. Also 3 more here in WI and now officially found in Kentucky.

Can't wrap my brain around 5.5 million chickens... let alone 5.5 million culled chickens. Holy c*ap!!

We are thinking of moving ourselves, and do not really know how to go about it. Do we crack the egg first or squeeze the chicken?

Talking of, my pond is totally clear of ice, it looks all spring like, I am starting to rev up to get all of the outside things done and do lots of coop cleanings......

But wow, today is COLD, there was ice on the chicken waters.

Idk. I just dont like caffeine. Im from the deep south and sweet tea is served with every meal. I usually try to order a sprite. Im a black sheep around here. I guess I'm "weired" lol

I really like the taste of sweet iced tea. If I drink it I cant sleep though. For some reason my body doesnt like caffeine. I wonder if I could get a check every month for that lol

To our nursery which is seven miles away.
But we need a sleeping place. Sell here to build something very small there, but where do we sleep in the meanwhile?
It is a chicken or the egg thing. Which comes first? Build there with borrowed money but what if we can't sell this and then can't pay back the loan?
I don't like to borrow money.
That is why I am glad chikie can sell timber, It gives them a buffer between rock and hard place.
