yes I was thinking if they are in her digestive track maybe it would flush them out they are not like hook worms that hold on I dont think.
DH is sure they tried to reenter her bum after being flushed out to begin with.

I also am thinking the vet will want to do a blood transfusion. no blood in or around wound white gums and tongue.

Yeesh, not good. You need to get some more liquids in her and stop the runs. You said she was infested with fleas? That might be why. They could very well have almost sucked her dry. I've seen that happen before

I would. I called a feral cat organization that was SO much help. Even spayed all five with no cost to me.

it is still alive for now and just ate about 1 tbsp can food mixed with tuna fish water.

its a start
me on the other hand not sure i will eat again

Called my vet they want me to drop her off so DR can look at it between patients. And pick up kitten formula so that is the plan I will let youknow what vet says.

Back in the late 80's we had a kitten like yours--Took her to the vet and she gave him one pill. He passed a huge worm(tape worm like you likely saw the segments from) in the car. By the time I got home, he was ravenous!

I do not know what the medicine was but the vet can figure it out.
