That's from an episode of "Mythbusters." They were exploring an urban legend about two semi's that had collided head-on on a highway, and were found sort of fused together, but when they were pulled apart, a small car was found pancaked between them. It turned out to be one of those really difficult myths to pull off. "Failure is always an option" being one of Adam Savage's catchphrases, he put it on the sides of the trailers; that picture is the moment the two tractor trailers hit, with a compact car somewhere in the dust cloud. (incidentally, I believe the myth was busted - twice!)
