The best stuffing is cornbread dressing. However, I love sausage, so maybe I should try some of that.


I used to think that meat should be from herbivores... But then I love pig and chicken and bear.... And then last winter I tried a great big kitty for the first time. I gotta say, it actually wasn't all that bad...

I'm actually a dog person.... my favorite are Aussie crosses. I have had two now Sweet trainable velcro dogs.... If I went for a walk in the desert she was never more than fifty yards from me and always looking to see where I was.... If i changed direction she would zoom in to check on met then the orbit would begin.

She never chased anything unless I told her to.... and she was very quick. She would dig up a rats nest and kill em all and give me the rats when I asked for them.

Rosie Posie passed away at the golden age of 17 I could never replace her not with a single dog.

Here in the back country the Code inforcers usually only come out if a neighbor "turns you in" another reason to not to get tooo friendly out there.

Here the county uses Google earth. They pay for a subscription so they can see what we have done that they can fine us for, then tax us on.......

In other words they cant just point the satellite on an area and take a snapshot. Not unless its national security needs.
