As far as the worst pain I vote for kidney stones. I had them almost 40 years ago (twice) and am just now getting over the pain of passing them. I might have even passed out from the pain. Off course, the kidney stones I passed were misnamed. They were kidney rocks or boulders I am fairly sure.

Since becoming a coffee addict I have not had a kidney stone therefore, I am sure coffee cures and prevents them.

YEP YEP!!! Totally agree!! Been a sound coffee "appreciator" for more years than you are going to get me to admit to and never had a single kidney stone so that MUST be the reason!!! The wonderful magical liquid cures everything!!!

Works for me. SIL doesn't drink coffee, and he suffers kidney stones. Theorem proven.

I've been drinking DH's coffee the last couple days & I admit its not as bad as I thought it was. Turns out he's been buying a new kind but keeping it in the old, yucky container... That sneaky dog.
