Boy, that could be a lucrative business! Thanks for the info. I was just curious anyway. I am not wasting my time processing Silkies. I tried some Polish cockerels this summer just because I needed to get rid of them and they would have been just as well of in the compost heap. They dressed right around 2-pounds and there wasn't enough on them to do anything but simmer them into soup stock.
