The coop is made pretty well,....

And I smelled it around the coop not in it.

You can also run some 2x4 welded wire around your run over your chicken wire. Not much of anything short of a bear can get through it. I believe that hardware cloth is the best but 2x4 is a close second. The problem with it is that your birds can stick their heads out through it but if you already have the chicken wire up you should be good to go with it layered over the top.
