Yang ran steadily, thinking about this new group of horses. The herd leader looked just like Ivy's foal, the twin to the weak one. What was his name again...Dapple? Spot? Winter?
"Oh, yes - DappledSnow!" she exclaimed aloud, turning sharply to avoid a tree she had hardly missed. It was a nice-looking herd, she'd give it that. But there was bound to be some blood spill with it soon, as there always was. She'd best start preparing.

Shadowflax heaved herself up with a groan. Her black buckskin coat was soaked making her look almost black. the pain in her leg made standing a choar. she stumbled forward looking around her old mustang heritage made her instincts sharp and she caught every whisper of a sound. detecting nothing she layed down in the grass and went back to sleep in the grass now.

I can just imagine it...horses running through gleaming white halls in little white nurse uniforms....
