So I'm slaughtering a few (3-4) ducks in about 6-8 weeks so I wanted to know what kind of knife would work best and if there is any "test" to see if the knife is sharp enough because I really wouldn't want the ducks to go through any undue pain. From my research, it looks like boning and paring knives work best but I would like to know for sure. Thanks!!
