Sled dog breeding

I have an issue with chokes and prongs. I have never needed one to train a dog before. But I've never had a dog go from super sweet to killer over night either. And it's hard to imagine what could cause such a drastic change so quickly. So I'm breaking down and putting a prong on her. She is dangerous to the other dogs and in danger from them as well. I have her completely separated from them, but accidents happen and I need a method to ensure she is under control at all times.

Dawn was the most sweet girl. She gave kisses, cuddled, snuggled, played, and was gentle with the other dogs until last night.

why? i love chokes to be honest, i love prongs more though. It doesn't hurt them at all. unless you have a wimpy dog. I'm a musher so i totally get dog aggression but I've never heard of dogs being mean with no reason before. that's weird

she might view your "hubby" as an equal. she might be stressed about something. When my husky died, my lab, Cindy, got crazy dog aggression. she blamed every dog for Griz's death. she used to be super sweet, like baby sitter sweet. she's back to herself now, but she had to be muzzled around dogs for a week and a half

I had a problem sorta like that:
My mom has a chichuahua mix and she was "mating" buddy with a pekines intact male( she was spayed) and one night his tuners burst and he died and she was sooo upset she started humping stuffed animals. Lol. Still does now she's 11

If he phycly corrected her, she could be mad at the other dogs cuz SHE got a booboo. Lol

He says he didn't spank her. He was just telling me that he separated them, and then took her off, away from the others, and put her in time out. What I do know is that this morning when I let her out to potty, she went after Cheyenne, and Rascal and Fiona started to jump in. I was able to grab Dawn and call the others off. We couldn't even walk through the dang hallway to get to the door without her going ballistic. It's just not her normal behavior. I know heats can make dogs grumpy, but I have never heard of a sweet dog turning Physo from it.

I have a question if she's in season why was she out with the others? Or you talking about other females?

She could be like this cuz she REALY badly wants to be a mom. How much longer is her cycle?
I'd contacted a trusted vet.

She is flagging now, has been for a few days. It should be over in 2 weeks or less.

Yep, she's no long allowed near stuffed animals. Lol, but she and the male dog would have humping "party's" any time of day, the male had a huge sex drive. Lol, he had testicals canser.
