That looks interesting.
Number 3 too.That looks interesting.
I am coming in on this late. Speaking as someone who has a sleep disorder The sleep specialist will be able to diagnose a number of issues. I am glad you are doing this finally. With me I have sleep apnia. But not in regards to snoring... My throat is very small and I simply stop breating hundreds of times per night. Three to five seconds at a time.Does anyone know of a watch that can track your sleep pattern, like a fitbit, but that has data that can be exported? I was keeping a traditional sleep journal for a while, but I had trouble doing it consistently, and data recorded manually will naturally be less accurate than data which is recorded automatically. I have an appointment with a sleep specialist next month for what is likely a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, and I'd like to bring a few weeks of sleep pattern logs.
I might go to a store and try on a fitbit to see how comfortable it is. It could be more reliable than something I lay on, in case I move in my sleep.Number 3 too.
I had no idea these type of things existed but this would be perfect if a watch were to bother you.
I'm glad that you're sleeping better. With my problem, it seemed like I would fall asleep an hour later every night, and it went around the clock for a while, but I think that there may be a more stable time range where I fall asleep the best, e.g. around 5 or 6 am, where I will fall asleep later and later until I fell into that time range, and then it will stabilize, but if I stay awake after that time range has passed, it will start going around the clock again.I am coming in on this late. Evenaually as it caused my weight to grow It got so bad I couldnt lay on my back at all. I would wake up choking. My sleep study was done just three years ago. But by then I was obese, I had an inability to Think straight and my depression was deeply ingrained.
But that is me... My journey... there are many other variants... Getting a good set of data should help. You might give the docs office a call an request a loaner that is on his system. Or at the very least the best one to do the deed.
Obviously you do get some sleep or you would be dead.
Good luck and hope they give you some good results as in data, and a game plan to move forward. I have since lost ninety pounds and am sleeping much much better now.

Interesting.... I spend probably eighteen hours online per day... sometimes more. I used to attribute it to my coffee drinking. but since cancer surgery and gastric surgery I have had to quit coffee. Nothing has changed. I will be sixty five next year. I do crash now and then. Sleep almost eighteen hours straight.I might go to a store and try on a fitbit to see how comfortable it is.
