Order a pizza now (in advance) for deliver an hour before you need to get up.
Leave a note for the delivery person to BANG on the door until you answer it.

Me too. I hope the sleep issue isn't part of a much more serious condition, like a prion disease. It's statistically unlikely that it is, but I still worry a lot.

I just saw something that mentioned this score stuff, it's new, but I can't find it again.
