Maybe it's because your Fitbit is new.
Mine is old.

It just says you need a premium membership to see what data specifically was used for calculating each specific score. If your fitbit doesn't have a heart rate monitor, I don't think it can calculate the score.

These are the scores I have gotten.

Most of them have been "fair", but I sometimes get "good" sleep.

I don't wear mine every night, sometimes I forget to put it back on after charging.
Mine does not track the heart rate but my son's does.
I'll steal his to wear the rest of this week and log in to his app to see if I can get a score there.
