Slight rant..

Taking photos is one thing. Being in a field were normally there is a breeding bull is another.

Had the trespasser gotten into the field with the bull and had been injured it is Sara and her family that would be sued for that persons idiocy.

I have 0 tolerance for people who don't think.

I agree with Miss Prissy- This society is far too lawsuit happy to take any chances. Post no trespassing signs and warning signs. After that... it's their fault (hopefully). Booooo to trespassers.

Bluey~ Again I have no problems with picture takers. I think I stated that from the start of this thread. There is room to pull off the road, and space on either side of the bridge to take photos. My pasture is not the place, nor my yard where my children play. I will not continue in an argument with you.

Lol... that sounds great to me!

Sara, you're near Cabela's? Then you really aren't that terribly far from me! Well, a couple hours, I guess, but for me, that's not far!

not to change the subject.. I have observed a couple of replies stating that you should put up signs.. signs will not stop this sort of person.. a sign could get you into trouble from a blindside..

example: ///beware of dog///
If somebody gets attacked by your dog, you are at fault because you knew your dog was dangerous and did not control it..

legal no trespassing signs are expensive.. where I live there has to b a sign every 50 feet all around the property,, no gaps..

there is also the implied law, my property, you keep off....no signs needed..

on a lighter side.. If you have only one dog, put up a sign that says,
///beware of dogs///,, that will keep the trespasser busy looking for the second dog..
