My 5 1/2-year-old White Rock has had a puffier face and eyelids than she used to. It's not extreme, just enough for me to notice. I know she has been pecked by the other hens - does this look like it's from that? Disease? Or is this normal for an older hen? She is just starting to molt right now.

She does not look amused! Haha!

Try putting some vetricyn on the area around her eye to see if it helps with inflammation. It may cure it overnight! I swear it's like the Windex remedy from my big fat greek wedding

Okay, I can try that. I did spray Vetricyn around that area recently when she had a wound on her head/comb. I believe it was a peck wound. The two older hens are not kind to the two younger ones!
