Small blood droppings. 13 week old chicks

Glad they are looking better today, that's good news! Recovery times can vary depending on the strain(s) of coccidia and how much they had inside them and how much damage to the digestive tract. If they're slow, do the full 7 days and then assess whether you need to do the second week at the lower dose. Corid is very safe, no worries about that. Since they are looking better then it's having an effect, so they should continue to improve. Glad you started treatment in time. Once you have finished treatment you can do vitamins then, if needed. You can give probiotics after also, that will help get their guts back in balance.

You guys have been amazing!! I reached out to several fb groups I belong to and no one really show any interest to help me so I appreciate this so much. I have the vitamins on hand, do I give those in between Corrid treatments during the break? Or wait until the second Corrid treatment is over?

When I do the second treatment I don't do a break in between. Just give the second week at the lower dose as soon as you finish the first, I don't really see any point in the gap between. If the coccidia are still there, then the gap serves no purpose. Do the vitamins after the treatment is complete.
**Edit : Most of my treatments have only needed the first week, I've only had to do the second week once when my chicks were slow to recover. Every case is different, so do what seems right.

Dre is doing much better and will likely be putting him/her back into the coop soon with the others. How should I go about doing that? It has been almost a week and his strength is getting to where he can manage the ramp etc.

Glad he/she is doing better! Try putting him back with them, just watch to see what happens. At that age it may not be an issue. If there are any issues then use a wire crate or small fenced area inside where the others are so that they can see each other but not touch, until everyone calms down. Then try again.

Ty! I am prepared for the worst hoping for the best. And that was my plan but after reading some horror stories thought maybe my plan wasn't as well thought out as it should be.

Everyone is much better and they accepted the sick bird no issues. However today one of the 13week old Maran pullet suddenly died. She was fine this morning eating running around. Acting like a normal chicken. No signs of sickness. We had just finished the coccidia treatment but she didn’t seem to have runny bloody poop before or after but was treated as she was housed with ones who did.

No blood on her anywhere. No blood on the ground. No signs of distress. Crop was empty. She was a bit smaller than the other one but nothing alarming.
There is a large imprint in the bedding where it looks like she fell over as the bedding is all indented and displaced from where I found her body. The flock was timid to go into the coop I am guessing from her dying in there. She had been dead awhile before I found her this evening.

Never had this happen. Any suggestions?

I am 🙏🏼 the rest of my flock stays safe as I am pretty attached some of the silkies. Praying it’s not bird flu.
