Small eggs

I have I think a RIR approximately 9 months old and has been laying for several weeks, the eggs are very small maybe half the size of my other hens. Is this normal? My other hens layed a small egg the first 2 or three eggs but then they were normal size.

With time they will probably get bigger. There is a small chance that is her natural egg size though.
