First pip is here! I am so excited!! It is really tiny, but I’m sure it’s fine.

The humidity is at 65%. I would like it a bit higher. Is it ok to open it for like 3 seconds to add a sponge in there? Or should I wait until she is out?

are there vent holes you can stick a straw through instead?

think about it like this, when you open it- its like having a nice warm house THEN all of a sudden the front door is blown open and COLD, DRY air comes barreling in

I ended up syringing warm water into the reservoirs. It’s at 71% now and I have 3 pips!!

The light brown egg has has started pipping around the original pip. Does that mean she is starting to zip? Or is she just widening the hole?
