I can't tell for sure from the pics. Egg looks pretty clean, probably just gunk. She looks very wet though, so inspect her eyes and beak as she starts to dry. Make sure they aren't clogged in any way.
fyi, the rubber shelf liner from the dollar store works great for the bottom of the incubator, especially for times like this, when they might be dragging a little gunk. Those plastic grates on the bottom of the bators can be rough.
