Small quail coop with planter on top

I am trying to figure out how to design a quail coop with a planter for a plant on the top! I have a rough drawing of what i kind of want but not sure how to go about building! Any advice would be much appreciated! Or if you have a better design/plan please pass it on!

I hope you don't mean chicken wire floors. I wouldn't use chicken wire for anything, really; 1/2 inch hardware cloth is the way to go.

How many quail do you want it to hold? And are they pets or food? There are a lot of cute designs that allow the birds to live on the ground without sacrificing the planter-box design. Here's one I found on Pinterest, but there are others. Can't find the dimensions, unfortunately, but that's where the creative fun comes in.
