Smells ... and do people think your weird for enjoying the smell ?

ok, either I agree with, or a lot of folks agree with me on these ones...

fresh cut grass, woodsmoke, and puppies --

But I'm amazed no one has mentioned COFFEE!!!!!!

I could live in the coffee aisle of the supermarket.

oddly enough, I don't drink coffee that often (when I do it's an "experience" not just a cup of coffee

) but I love that smell.

I love the smell of roofing tar. I know, strange. My stepdad was a roofer and when he came home from work he smelled like hot tar.

I also love the smell of the air just before its going to rain. Freshly cut grass too!

I'm glad someone said roofing tar. I love the smell, I associate it with hot summer days. There were buildings near where I lived that had flat roofs and were retarred most summers, but only on the nicest days...so it makes me think of perfect summer days.

I also love the smell of rain on a hot dirt road. Pretty much for the same reasons.

I like the smell of alder and willow, and of crushed ferns. Damp, green and earthy.

I used to sniff my children's heads when they were little. They smelled like baby lotion and cheese sandwich. Now, neither child will allow me head sniffing privilages...

I also like the smell of smoked oysters from a can.

I love the smell of gasoline!!! its dangerous though!

I like the smell of gas stations on a hot day, engine grease form old trucks, and various de-greasers and WD-40.
What is it with that? Seems like a lot of people enjoy gasoline/oil type smells too.
I also like the smell of coffee, wood smoke, pine forests, the ocean. I like the smell of my chicken's feathers, and I LOVE the smell of the back of my hubbie's neck, and T-shirts after he's worn them. He smells like cologne even when he doesn't wear any.

I love the smell of hay. I just love it, and I want a perfume like it.
Horse sweat. But, my mom's horse doesn't smell right, only my horse does. I know it's weird, but it's how I see it.
I love the smell of coffee, but I can't stand the taste of it.
I also kind of like the smell of swamp cabbage, also known as skunk cabbage, for obvious reasons.
Slightly old horse manure smells good.
Baby goat breath!!!! Also, just goats in general. I even don't mind the buck smell as much as other people.
Sheep smell good, kinda. It makes me think of summer, because that's when I wash my sheep.
