I know that Blue Spa runs around $28 at PetSmart for a 15lb bag ) I looked it up because I had never heard of this brand before) and Solid Gold is about $25 for 15lbs at Petco.
They will actually eat less food when they are on a natural brand, because they are getting more nutrition. We switched our cats to Solid Gold because they were throwing up and nothing was medically wrong with them (no worms or anything) their stomaches were just too sensitive.
My Dog also gets Solid Gold and she is very healthy, sheds less and poops less, too because she is able to absorb more of the food. They can't digest the corn properly so it just goes through their system.
