Hi guys,
So this is my first attempt hatching emus, I have a few eggs and today I noticed a smell in the incubator that I fear may be the start of bad eggs. Having checked them, 2 are showing definite "clinky" sounds but are only on day 16 though there was a week or so pre-incubation. Should i immediately remove the eggs or wait for further signs to fully confirm? I dont think in my reading people have had a smell quite so early so I'm hoping one of the eggs has a chick with bad gas or something but that's hopeful beyond sanity I fear.
Any tips would be greatly received, I will ask someone later to see if the smell is similar to that of a typical bad egg or not should the smell be similar.
Thanks
