I just saw the add and didn't call. I wish we could have them but last time we tried something killed most of them once we turned them out.

I am going to have some extra blue & black Orpington LF cockerels and thought I would see if anyone on here would want them. I don't do freezer camp here and really don't eat much chicken. If anyone is interested in them just send my a PM and let me know. I think there will only be 4-6 of them but I will have to wait a few more weeks until I can sex them.

I have a Brower 845 incubator for sale. I currently have eggs in it but they are set to hatch May 1. If anyone is interested let me know. It works great but I do not have a need for it after this hatch. Only willing to sell local, I am in Knoxville

Happy dance time! I have found someone to process my cockerels for equal split of the carcasses. I am a big softie & can't do it myself. I am also very particular about who I will trust to do the deed.

Hi from S Knoxville.

My husband and I and our two dogs: Rosie - retired racing greyhound & Lola - TN mountain feist rescue, are new to TN, new to chicken raising, and new to the forum. Just started our flock with 4 Barred Rocks from Poultry Hollow. They are now 14 weeks so we are anxiously awaiting our first eggs. In the mean time, we are working with the dogs to not harass the new girls.

Just popping in... I have been spending all my time cheating on you chicken people with fish people over on aquabid. SORRY! I swear, it meant nothing... it just happened!


That said, I would like to downsize... but lets be really honest. I'm attached to them and letting them go isn't easy. I do have a young pair for sale on here... but my older birds are, well, here to stay I think... I just worry so much when I sell birds that I got attached to.


ANYWHO.... hope everyone is doing well.
