Snacks?

What kinds of fruits and vegetables can both ducks AND chickens have?? I don’t have a garden but I’m going to the grocery store!

My current flock are still chicks and don’t include ducks, but years ago my old flock had both ducks and chickens and we fed them strawberries, cherries (pitted), pomegranates, plums, peach, mulberry and most other fruits we grow out here. Watermelon was a huge hit with the ducks and guineas. Just slice the melon in half and leave it out there and they’ll clean it out. I also feed chard and lettuce cut up into small pieces. The chickens liked cucumbers, plum/ cherry tomatoes, and pumpkin.

You can never go wrong with peas for most ducks. My flock last year also liked zucchini, squash, broccoli, and coliflower

i like giving a whole head of iceburg lettuce, Its like a dead fish in a sharktank!
