As for the sneezing, it could be that you introduced new birds to the flock, and that might cause stress and bring up dormant symptoms of CDR (Chronic Respiratory Disease, which most chickens have). Also, do not give them too much antibiotic, as your chickens might develop an immunity to the medication.
