I try to do everything natural first and go from there.
If it was me I would get them some kind of yogurt. I feed mine a small dust chyenne pepper and garlic on all their food.

Well it seems to be respiratory for sure. Is there a catch all (most) antibiotic? I would be devastated to lose my only remaining home hatched chick out of ~20 eggs (there were more that didn't hatch).

My preferred antibiotic for this sort of thing is Baytril, but it is banned for use in poultry here in the US.

The website you linked said "Enrofloxacin can cause abnormalities in young birds 1 to 21 days old." So I was just curious if it had happened to your flock ever.

Both had symptoms of sneezing and what appeared to be a "yawning" "swallowing" or silent "gasping" gesture for about one week.

Large aquarium

A red heat lamp with ideal temp.

lethargic, sleepy/close eyed, sitting on haunches. It looked very sleepy

Older chick seems fine, will still sneeze and "yawn"

New chick had both symptoms within an hour of being here but not nearly so often

Its last two poops were milky white and watery.

2-week old chick die very quickly (4 hrs) whose only symptoms were sneezing and a yawing like motion for a week before. The day it died it quickly became lethargic, got milky diarrhea 2x, sat on haunches, and died

They are both sneezing and yawning.

Should I keep them both separate until they are older (4wks) and hope their immune systems are strong? How long does it take for chicks to fight respiratory illness off by themselves? Should I invest in medicine now? The onset was so fast I wouldn't have time for anything to arrive if I waited.

I also hear some choice antibiotics are banned for poultry now.

A video of the chicks actions would be good - you mention it's definitely respiratory - let's see the symptoms.

You mention you think it could be Pullorum? Getting some testing to find out would be good. Personally, if it's Pullorum, then culling all is likely your best course of action. Pullorum really can't be "treated" imho and it's transmissible.

Do some reading up on using antibiotics in poultry and use your best judgement if you decide to treat.

I realize these are show quality - but if you are dealing with a respiratory disease or other contagious disease - TESTING is what you want to do. It sounds like you plan on showing and/or breeding? You want disease free chickens for either of those activities.

As for the symptoms you describe - they yawning and sneezing - any mucous? beaks are clear of canker or lesions? Crops are emptying?

You have them in an aquarium with a heat lamp and it's an ideal temperature - what is the temperature? How big is the aquarium and is there adequate ventilation?

I have included an image of their set up. Both chicks are isolated from one another. One is two days old. The temp is 95 (lamp higher because she is black and tends to heat up easier). The other has room to get up to ~90/85 degrees or cooler. It is two weeks old and feathering fast. Here is the Video of chick "yawning".

I drove myself a bit crazy trying to capture both at the same time so I chose one to focus on. The sneezes are wet with clear mucus. I moved the chicks to a new room today with better ventilation and I am noticing less sneezing. I am planning on putting the little one in a small aquarium next to larger one to prevent wet cardboard from molding and let them see each other.

The poop is consistent for both of them. Sometimes it is solid, others liquid. Both are eating and crops are emptying.

If they are diseased I won't breed or show them. I'd be happy to just have some ornamental pets.
