Sneezing

I got 3 chickens on Monday (it is my first time keeping chickens) and have noticed that the youngest (17 weeks) started sneezing yesterday. Today she seems to be sneezing more and coughing. She seems otherwise healthy, nothing around her eyes or vents. They have been vaccinated against Infectious Bronchitus already. She has been quite stressed with the change and got pecked a lot her first few days, but this has settled down now. I believe she has only recently changed food from growers to layers.
I don't have another coop to separate her at the moment.. What would be the best course of action?

I bought a goldtop recently she was coughing for weeks she's fine know just keep it warm

Like Frizzle13 said, it is important to keep her warm. Try buying some electrolytes from your local feed store and put some in her water. A large box with a blanket at the bottom would be a suffient way to seperate her from the flock for now, or a cat carrier. You need to keep her warm, chickens don't get colds, and they can go downhill quick if not treated right. Have you changed bedding lately? Added a new hay? Anything that she might be allergic to? (Pollen, yard fertilizers, dust...etc)

It could be environmental as mentioned; feed dust, ammonia fumes from soiled bedding, pollen etc...All these things can be prevented or eliminated. Keep an eye on the others for symptoms. I would then be concerned that it could possibly be a respiratory problem, hopefully not.
