So… is this a wild or escaped/set free/ domestic rabbit?

From the house rabbit society
"One guideline to go by is at least 8 square feet of enclosure space combined with at least at least 24 square feet of exercise space, for 1-2 rabbits.."
I would make an enclosed space of at least 8sqft for the litter box, food, water, etc. and an outdoor run equal to about 24sqft.
If you do end up catching and keeping all three rabbits, and successfully bond them after getting them fixed, you should go bigger. Rabbits can never have "too much" space, they are very active animals and need plenty of space to run and exercise like a dog. Those confined to small spaces are more likely to have health issues, become aggressive, and chew things.
So I say, go as large as you can.
Do the plastic totes work for the area? (Pretty sure I know the answer lol).

I have a cage left from some time ago, in what way could it be useful?

(I know it looks tight but it wasn’t always like that/they didn’t always stay in there)

What kind of litter is used?
(for rabbit litter)

I would put out a small dish of rabbit pellets. I wonder if you could rent a live trap and catch him.

Plastic totes? As an enclosure?

The kennel would work as a temporary enclosure indoors, or as a travel crate. But not as part of the enclosure unless indoors.
As for litter, avoid cat litter since it has clay, which would be fatal if ingested. Pine horse stall pellets work best.
Other than in the litter box, you don't need any bedding. Solid floors with a rug for traction works best.

A really big tote for the hutch/indoor area, separate from the run/pen. Insulated during winter? (The tote). I saw it on a YouTube video I think. They cut 2 holes so the BABBIT could enter and exit as it wished, and it had all the stuff required inside.

No cat litter, got it.

I could get tiles and cover them with some kind of rug

is there anyway i could implement the kennel/cage I showed? (I think that’s wat you were referring to)
