So… is this a wild or escaped/set free/ domestic rabbit?

Pics
I’ve seen 2 different rabbits, but this is the only one that has stuck around.

I am wondering if it is wild or domestic. It doesn’t run away when we approach it, and it doesn’t seem to mind humans at all.

Is it possible to determine this through pictures?

I can't stop laughing.

No, it would need so much modifying that it wouldn't be worth it.
A shed type enclosure would be better if the rabbit has to be outside. Something like this, with plenty of solid floor space, a roof, and hardware cloth sides.

Some people turn sheds into bunny enclosures too
