Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
Well hmmm I just ditched around I am not even gonna say many $'s worth of egg's.I still have hope for 8 in inc (Giant frizzles I bought and egg's from my one hen).I had 6 totaly fertile showgirl silkie egg's,6 Sizzle that I put in hatcher.Only one showgirl hatched none of the "sizzle's".It's a DOLL wish the other 5 had hatched.I threw out 15 bantam assrt. eggs this morn none were good since they got lost in mail and probably froze.Grandbaby had unplugged inc AND turner but hubby said he pluged inc back up so I dunno
Then I dunno if temp was right my furnace got really hot one night and I got up and said Inc was 105. baaaaaa I dunno how.I just set 5 more columbian bantam wyandotte eggs from my hen today basicly on prision gaurd around Inc. now.All the eggs I set that were fertile that hatched Xmas hatched(15) cept 1 so.. something sure messed up.Maybe God saying I dont need anymore I got chicks from TSC very happy with them but I have always loved hatching
.I JUST NEEDED TO VENT . sorry.If some sorry weasel hadnt wrangled me out my my good incubator....But thats another "vent" baaaaa.Think Im gonna turn these Styro boxes into beer coolers prolly have better luck
