I THINK the poultry dust is permethrin. Not Sevin/carbaryl.
You can get it from the online poultry suppliers. I don't know which is the best one to order from. I have ordered from Jeffers myself for other things, and was pleased. Do a google search for poultry dust?

"Poultry Dust" is not, to the best of my knowledge a trademarked product name, but rather is a descriptive term that can be used for any pesticide in dust form that can be used on poultry. Permethrin, pyrethrins and carbaryl are all common ones, but there are other active ingredients that could be used. When I googled "poultry dust," there were several listings that included "Poultry Dust" in the product name, along with other terms. Some had permethrin as the active ingredient, others had carbaryl. I also found this listing which shows additional poultry dust products, along with land grant university poultry department recommendations: http://msucares.com/poultry/diseases/pesticides.html

This is useful, thank you!
