Finished the roof and got the waterproof membrane on literally minutes before a downpour started, so I'm eager to see how dry the inside stays. Next I'm going to put some sort of protective layer over the waterproof membrane, like cardboard, or black plastic, or maybe both. Then it will be time to start shoveling dirt on the roof. And I'll be able to work on the roosts and nesting boxes inside now no matter the weather.
