Thanks, but LOL, nope! I just remember seeing it on TV when I was young and practiced a lot with my friend until I figure out how to do it... that was like 25 years ago, an I probably haven't done a successful one since 10 - 15 years ago.

Might be needing some muscle soak/rub after that!
Yeah, I was pretty sore after that whole night... not so much from the kip-ups, but from the trampoline, rope climbing, tumbling, etc. that I was (obviously by my clothes) not expecting or at all prepared for!

Fortunately I wasn't too sore the next morning or day. Definitely sore, but not terrible (which really surprised me). I think I'll keep taking ibuprofen just in case ;)

Think I’d need a chiropractor after all that never mind just ibuprofen! :lol:
