I was thinking processed as in ingredients that are broken down to scientific components and then "reassembled" as a formulation.
I suppose I can accept "grind, roll or cracked" as a process.. It is known things are lost or altered when a grain is ground. Hence the need for all the formulated additives at the bottom of the ingredients list...
To me the Country Side, looks to contain several nice processed grains, and no soy! Making it a nice commercial mix. It does however have fish meal, which if one is concerned about the health of our oceans, one should try to avoid it.
